Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a "hands-on" manual therapy that works to realign your body's structure using a thorough understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. When there are restrictions in the body caused by injury, stress, repetitive strain, and poor posture, this restricts the flow of nerves, arteries, veins, and lymphatics, known as the four rivers of life.

When your life force stagnates, pain, inflammation, and disease can follow. An osteopathic manual practitioner uses gentle, non-invasive techniques to relieve your body's restrictions and increase joint mobility, allowing your "four rivers" to flow so the body can heal and regenerate. In this way, osteopathy can help relieve pain and interrupt any cycle of disease by restoring homeostasis.

Focused Osteopathy

Focused Osteopathy is a 30-minute hands-on treatment rooted in classical osteopathic principles, where shorter, more frequent sessions are considered the most effective model of care. Rather than a single longer appointment, this approach addresses the primary restriction or complaint directly and efficiently, allowing the body to integrate the work between visits. Rather than a single longer appointment, this approach addresses the primary restriction or complaint directly and efficiently, allowing the body to integrate the work between visits.
This format is particularly well-suited for acute injuries, sudden flare-ups, and conditions that benefit from more frequent treatment. It is also appropriate for those who wish to maintain regular osteopathic care on a more accessible schedule.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on technique that works with the subtle rhythms of your craniosacral system—the membranes and fluid surrounding your brain and spinal cord. These rhythms support your nervous system, helping your body self-regulate and heal. Restrictions or imbalances caused by stress, injury, concussions, or emotional tension can contribute to pain, headaches, fatigue... Lire davantage

Restrictions or imbalances caused by stress, injury, concussions, or emotional tension can contribute to pain, headaches, fatigue, and psychosomatic symptoms. Through light touch and careful assessment, a craniosacral practitioner releases these restrictions, promotes fluid movement, and encourages deep relaxation.
By addressing both physical and emotional patterns, craniosacral therapy helps restore balance, reduce stress, and support recovery from injury or chronic tension.

Carl is a classically trained osteopath and massage therapist passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies and find lasting relief from pain. His healing journey began in his twenties while seeking solutions for chronic migraines and jaw pain. Through massage, they rediscovered embodiment, and osteopathy revealed the deep interconnectedness within the body—a lesson they continue to integrate into their practice today. This path inspired him to dedicate his life to supporting others on their own journey to health and balance.

Carl practices classical osteopathy, which begins with a thorough assessment to identify the root cause of restrictions in the body—whether in the spine, joints, organs, or cranium. By addressing these blockages at their source, their treatments support the body to restore its natural rhythm and self-healing capacity.

Over the years, they have treated a wide range of conditions, including postural imbalances, chronic digestive and neurological issues, women’s health concerns, and acute injuries such as sprains and strains. His philosophy is simple: create space in the body and mind, and trust the wisdom of nature to complete the healing process. For Carl, It’s an honour to walk alongside each patient in their journey toward health, vitality, and balance.
